Medication Reminders
Friendly reminders to help clients maintain their established medication schedule. Caregivers can remind clients when medications are due and document that a reminder was provided. Medication administration and other medication-related services are provided only within the scope permitted by applicable law and the caregiver’s authorization
Companionship
Meaningful companionship and social support designed to reduce isolation and enhance quality of life. Caregivers may engage clients in conversation, games, reading, hobbies, walks, and other activities based on their interests and abilities.
Light Housekeeping And Laundry
Assistance with maintaining a safe, comfortable, and organized home environment. Services may include light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, tidying common areas, taking out trash, and other routine household tasks.
Transportation To Appointments
Support with transportation to and from approved destinations such as medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, community activities, and other essential errands. Depending on the care arrangement, caregivers may assist clients with getting safely in and out of the vehicle and accompanying them to their destination.
Grocery Shopping And Errands
Convenient assistance with everyday errands that may be difficult for clients to complete independently. This can include grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, returning items, mailing packages, picking up prescriptions when permitted, and other routine errands.
Mobility And Transfer Assistance
